Your project manager will discuss with you how you want your videos to be delivered and the priority of each project. Our team will prioritize urgent videos, such as those tied to real world events, and get them back to you faster. For Standard videos you can expect a 24 hour turnaround time. For Premium’ videos that have complex animations, you can expect 24-36 hours turn around time. You also have the option to receive all of the videos in bulk once they are completed. For this option, turn around time depends on the plan you have chosen. It typically takes us 3 business days to turn around 10 videos.
Each plan accounts for project complexity more footage and more complex edits will require more attention from our creative team which may result in a lower of quantity edits. We look at content in two different ways, Standard and Premium. Standard videos have simpler edits with captions and b-roll shots. Premium edits require a combination of complex animations more complex storytelling and/or run longer than one minute and 30 seconds in length.
Your project manager is your point of contact for the entire project. They will onboard you to our system and make everything simple and straightforward. They will handle any logistics for your project, help acquire any digital assets, set up shoots, and more. Your project manager is also your content strategist and will guide you in the right direction when it comes to the overall messaging of your content.
Yes! Depending on the type of content, your project manager will go over best practices and recommend simple pieces of gear that will make your shoot go smoother.
Of course we can. Our current low notice serviceable cities are Philadelphia, Washington DC, Baltimore, Jersey City, and New York City. For shoots in any city located in the US outside of those metropolitan areas, we require at least two weeks in advance notice.
This is a rare occurrence but if it does happen, we operate on unlimited revisions until you are happy!
Unfortunately, you will have to pay the full price of your package as we have allocated our editors time to service your project. Consult with your project manager during your preproduction meeting to ensure you have enough footage for your needs.
There are no locked in commitments, cancel anytime. If we have already allocated editors to service your project, you will have to pay the full amount of the package that you have selected.
Your project manager will show you the ropes but we use a service called Frame.io. It’s super simple.
Our team operates virtually but our headquarters is located in Philadelphia.
